Order Cancellation

Customers cannot cancel their own orders.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our team immediately via our contact form or email support@Keliux.com. with your order number and reason for cancellation. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel it. In this case, we kindly ask you to follow our returns process once you receive the package.

Cancelled orders are refunded immediately. However, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
